ISO 27001 Certified, SATUSEHAT Platform Recognized in 100 Countries
The SATUSEHAT platform owned by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) has succeeded in obtaining ISO 27001:2013. Thus the platform has been officially recognized internationally by 100 countries.
The ISO 27001:2013 certificate for the SATUSEHAT platform was handed over directly by PT CBQA Global Indonesia to Pusdatin-DTO at the Ministry of Health building, Jakarta
Secretary General of the Ministry of Health Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha said the SATUSEHAT platform is a manifestation of the transformation of the health system in the field of health technology. This platform integrates a big data needed for health services.
"We integrate patient data at the hospital, at the Puskesmas, at the clinic, and at the public health laboratory, so that patients can easily access their medical history at different health facilities," he said at the SATUSEHAT Dashboard Socialization and ISO Handover27001:2013 at the Ministry of Health building, Jakarta
This ISO 27001 shows that in terms of management and security the SATUSEHAT platform is of international standard. According to him, this is a big step to show that SATUUSEHAT is safe.
"We still have to carry out continuous evaluations and also improvements so that a sense of security and comfort for the community is created, and conditions if something is detrimental we can control it," said Secretary General Kunta.
The Chief Digital Transformation Office (DTO) of the Ministry of Health, Setiaji, said that the Ministry of Health is committed to integrating data from 11,000 health facilities. Currently, around 150 health facilities are sending their data live and it has been presented on the SATUSEHAT dashboard.
The dashboard contains data on health services so that local governments and health facilities can access this data. As was the case during COVID-19, Indonesia had a vaccine data dashboard that could be accessed together.
"To secure SATUSEHAT platform data, this year the Ministry of Health has taken the initiative to certify the platform using ISO 27001. This certification ensures that data management and data security on the SATUSEHAT platform use internationally recognized standards," said Chief Setiaji.
In the process of obtaining ISO 27001, preparation is carried out starting from planning, assessment, and review. After going through this process it has been stated that the SATUSEHAT platform belonging to the Ministry of Health has passed the ISO 27001 certificate.
"It is important for us, first, to inform the public that the SATUSEHAT platform has followed good standard security procedures. Then we also inform the public about the importance of data information that can be accessed through SATUSEHAT," he said.
Director of PT CBQA Global Indonesia Anwar Siregar explained that the SATUSEHAT platform is safe and can be accessed both nationally and internationally. It is hoped that the SATUSEHAT platform will answer the needs of the community regarding how their medical records can be accessed anytime and anywhere, and the public will feel that their data is really guaranteed security.
ISO 27001:2013 is not the final stage and does not show that everything is fine, but this is a first step towards even better security.

Tersertifikasi ISO 27001, Platform SATUSEHAT Diakui di 100 Negara
Platform SATUSEHAT milik Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) RI telah berhasil mendapatkan ISO 27001:2013. Dengan demikian platform tersebut telah resmi diakui secara internasional oleh 100 negara.

Sekretaris Jenderal Kemenkes Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha mengatakan platform SATUSEHAT merupakan salah satu wujud transformasi sistem kesehatan di bidang teknologi kesehatan. Platform ini mengintegrasikan suatu big data yang dibutuhkan untuk layanan kesehatan.
“Kita integrasikan antara data-data pasien di rumah sakit, di Puskesmas, di klinik, dan di laboratorium kesehatan masyarakat, sehingga pasien bisa dengan mudah mengakses riwayat kesehatanya di fasilitas kesehatan yang berbeda,” ujarnya pada Sosialisasi Dashboard SATUSEHAT dan Serah Terima ISO 27001:2013 di gedung Kemenkes, Jakarta
ISO 27001 ini menunjukkan bahwa secara manajemen dari pengelolaan dan pengamanan platform SATUSEHAT sudah berstandar Internasional. Hal ini, menurutnya, satu langkah besar untuk menunjukkan bahwa SATUSEHAT sudah aman.
“Kita tetap harus melakukan terus-menerus evaluasi dan juga perbaikan-perbaikan sehingga rasa aman dan nyaman bagi masyarakat itu tercipta, dan kondisi kalau ada sesuatu yang merugikan itu bisa kita kendalikan,” ungkap Sekjen Kunta.
Chief Digital Transformation Office (DTO) Kemenkes Setiaji mengatakan Kementerian Kesehatan berkomitmen mengintegrasikan data 11 ribu fasilitas kesehatan. Saat ini sudah sekitar 150 fasilitas kesehatan yang secara live mengirimkan datanya dan sudah disajikan ke dalam dashboard SATUSEHAT.
Dalam dashboard itu berisikan data-data pelayanan kesehatan sehingga pemerintah daerah maupun fasilitas kesehatan bisa mengakses data tersebut. Seperti halnya pada saat COVID-19 Indonesia punya dashboard data vaksin yang bisa diakses bersama-sama.
“Untuk mengamankan data-data platform SATUSEHAT, tahun ini Kemenkes telah melakukan inisiasi untuk mensertifikasi platform tersebut menggunakan ISO 27001. Sertifikasi tersebut memastikan bahwa pengelolaan data dan pengamanan data yang ada di platform SATUSEHAT telah menggunakan standar yang diakui secara internasional,” ucap Chief Setiaji.
Dalam proses mendapatkan ISO 27001 dilakukan penyusunan mulai dari perencanaan, asesmen, dan review. Setelah melalui proses tersebut telah dinyatakan bahwa platform SATUSEHAT milik Kemenkes telah lulus mendapatkan sertifikat ISO 27001.
“Penting bagi kita, pertama, menginformasikan ke masyarakat bahwa platform SATUSEHAT sudah mengikuti standar prosedur keamanan yang baik. Kemudian ini juga kita informasikan ke masyarakat mengenai pentingnya informasi data yang bisa diakses melalui SATUSEHAT,” katanya.
Direktur PT CBQA Global Indonesia Anwar Siregar menjelaskan platform SATUSEHAT ini sudah aman dan bisa diakses baik nasional maupun internasional. Harapannya platform SATUSEHAT ini menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat terkait bagaimana rekam medis mereka bisa diakses kapanpun dan di manapun, serta masyarakat merasa data mereka betul-betul terjamin keamanannya.
ISO 27001:2013 ini bukan tahapan akhir dan bukan menunjukkan semuanya baik-baik saja, melainkan hal ini sebagai langkah awal menuju pengamanan yang lebih baik lagi.
“Sertifikat ISO 27001:2013 yang diperoleh Kemenkes ini tidak hanya berlaku di Indonesia, tapi juga diakui di 100 negara. Kami mengucapkan selamat atas tersertifikasinya platform SATUSEHAT denga ISO 27001:2013,” ungkap Anwar.
