In the list, there are 144 diseases that cannot be referred to hospitals or Advanced Level Referral Health Facilities (FKRTL) using BPJS Kesehatan
One of the lists went viral on social media X/Twitter. 
In the narrative circulating, patients diagnosed with diseases on the list must be treated by first-level or primary health facilities (FKTP). 

FKTP itself is a basic health service which includes community health centers, primary clinics, general practitioner practices and dentist practices.
