GIGI PALSU
_Bagaimana dengan pemasangan gigi palsu ustadz ? Terlebih kalau gigi depan (kalau ompong) sangat mengganggu aktivitas._

Mengobati anggota tubuh yang tidak bisa berfungsi sebagaimana harusnya dengan cara menggantikannya dengan benda-benda lain dibolehkan menurut kesepakatan ulama. Semisal mengganti kaki yang patah dengan kaki palsu, memakai kacamata dan termasuk mengganti gigi yang patah/lepas.[1] Hal ini didasarkan kepada hadits –hadits berikut ini :
Rasulullah shalallahu’alaihi wassalam bersabda,
قُطِعَ أَنْفُهُ يَوْمَ الْكُلَابِ، فَاتَّخَذَ أَنْفًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ، فَأَنْتَنَ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَاتَّخَذَ أَنْفًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ
“(Arjafah bin As’ad) hidungnya terpotong di hari peperangan Al-Kullab, maka dia membuat hidung dari perak, namun perak itu berbau dan mengganggu dirinya, maka Nabi memerintahkannya untuk mengganti dengan yang terbuat dari emas.” (HR. Abu Daud)
Rasulullah shalallahu’alaihi wassalam bersabda,
لُعنت الواصلة والمستوصلة والنامصة والمتنمصة والواشمة والمستوشمة من غير داء
“Dilaknat : orang yang menyambung rambut, yang disambung rambutnya, orang yang mencabut alisnya dan yang minta dicabut alisnya, orang yang mentato dan yang minta ditato, selain karena penyakit.” (HR. Abu Daud)
Rasulullah shalallahu’alaihi wassalam bersabda,
لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاشِمَاتِ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَاتِ وَالْمُتَنَمِّصَاتِ وَالْمُتَفَلِّجَاتِ لِلْحُسْنِ الْمُغَيِّرَاتِ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى
“Allah melaknat perempuan yang mentato dan minta ditato, dan yang mengikir gigi dan yang minta dikikir giginya dan yang menjarangkan giginya untuk tujuan kecantikan, yang mengubah ciptaan Allah.” (HR. Bukhari)
Al Imam Ibn Hajar al Asqalani ketika mensyarahkan hadits di atas berkata : “Difahami dari hadits, tindakan itu tercela dan haram bagi sesiapa yang melakukannya untuk kecantikan, namun sekiranya ia memerlukan disebabkan oleh perubatan contohnya, ia adalah diharuskan."[2]

_What about the installation of ustadz dentures? Especially if the front teeth (if they are toothless) really interfere with activities._

Treating limbs that cannot function properly by replacing them with other objects is permissible according to the consensus of the scholars. Such as replacing a broken leg with a prosthetic leg, wearing glasses and including replacing a broken/loose tooth.[1] This is based on the following hadiths:
Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wassalam said,
قُطِعَ أَنْفُهُ يَوْمَ الْكُلَابِ، فَاتَّخَذَ أَنْفًا مِنْ وَرِقٍ، فَأَنْتَنَ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَمَر َهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى Allah
"(Arjafah bin As'ad) his nose was cut off on the day of the Al-Kullab war, so he made a nose out of silver, but the silver smelled and bothered him, so the Prophet ordered him to replace it with one made of gold." (Narrated by Abu Dawud)
Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wassalam said,
لُعنت الواصلة والمستوصلة والنامصة والمتنمصة والواشمة والمستوشمة من غير داء
"Accursed: the one who plucks his hair, the one who plucks his eyebrows and who asks for their eyebrows to be plucked, the one who gets a tattoo and the one who asks for it, other than because of an illness." (Narrated by Abu Dawud)
Rasulullah shallallahu'alaihi wassalam said,
O Allah مُغَيِّرَاتِ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى

"Allah cursed the woman who got a tattoo and asked for a tattoo, and who filed her teeth and who asked for her teeth to be filed and who spaced her teeth for beauty purposes, who changed Allah's creation." (Narrated by Bukhari)
Al Imam Ibn Hajar al Asqalani when commenting on the hadith above said: "Understood from the hadith, that action is reprehensible and unlawful for anyone who does it for beauty, but if he needs it due to medical reasons, for example, it is obligatory."[2]
