Rasulullah Has Healthy Body and Avoids Disease, Koran and Science Reveal Secret
The Koran and science reveal the secret of Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi wassallam to have a healthy body to avoid disease. It is very interesting to know about humanity today.

Diseases that come to humanity are caused by many things, including the body being less fit and consuming less healthy food.
For example, heart disease is usually caused by increased cholesterol due to consuming too much fatty food or obesity.
Reported by Dr Nadiah Thayyarah's "Smart Science Book in the Koran Understanding the Scientific Miracles of God's Word", therefore the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wassallam has long taught to maintain a balanced diet.

As narrated by Imam At-Tirmidhi who narrated from Ibn Umar, "A man burped in front of the Messenger of Allah. He then said, 'Stop your burping from us, because the person who is most full in the world, he will be the person who takes the longest hungry on the Day of Resurrection."

This means that eating too much is not good for your health. The Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wassallam did not like people who were too full (eating) and then burped in front of other people, because it was considered impolite.

Aisyah Radhiyallahu anha narrated, "The first disaster among this people after the time of the Prophet was satiety. When a people's stomach is full, their bodies will go wild." (HR Bukhari)

If you want to live a healthy life, you can imitate or apply the Prophet's habits every time you want to eat. "The son of Adam does not fill a vessel worse than his stomach. It is enough for the son of Adam a few bites of food just to straighten his spine. If not, then make one third of his stomach for food, one third for drink, and one third for his breath." (HR Ahmad and Tirmidhi)

It is possible that some people only know that the science of gozian was discovered and developed by the latest scientists. It turns out that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala has collected the knowledge of health and nutrition in one verse, consisting of only three sentences.

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

يٰبَنِيْٓ اٰدَمَ خُذُوْا زِيْنَتient الْمُسْرِفِيْنَ ࣖ

"O children and grandchildren of Adam! Wear your nice clothes every time (entering) the mosque, eat and drink, but do not overdo it. Indeed, Allah does not like people who overdo things..." (QS Al A'raf: 31)

The Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wassallam apparently had a different menu at every meal. According to Ibn Abi Umar from Sufyan, from Ma'mar, from Zuhairi, from 'Urwah, from Aisyah, Rasulullah was known to consume honey for breakfast. Apart from honey, the Prophet also consumed cold water.
"The drink that the Prophet often drank was sweet cold water, it came from cold water mixed with honey."

Then for the lunch menu, the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wassallam consumed olive oil. So, whatever he ate during the day, Rasul would add olive oil to it. "Add olive oil to food and use it to massage your body as well." (HR Tirmidhi)

Then, did Rasulullah sallallaahu alaihi wassallam have dinner? The answer is yes. The Prophet once said, "Whoever skips dinner, his body will weaken." However, what is on the food menu? It is known that the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wassallam consumed bread and milk as his dinner menu. According to him, dinner is important because it can provide vitamins and energy to the body. Wallahu a'lam bishawab.
