Sambil menangis, dia bercerita bahwa ayahnya yang seminggu dua kali cuci darah di RS Anwar Medika Sidoarjo, harus pindah rumah sakit lain.
Penyebabnya, RS Anwar Medika tidak lagi bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan.
Dan sejak Januari 2024 besok, rumah sakit itu tidak bisa menerima pasien BPJS Kesehatan.
"Tanggal 22 Desember kami dikontak rumah sakit bahwa per tanggal 1 Januari 2024 BPJS Kesehatan sudah tidak bekerjasama lagi dengan rumah sakit tersebut," ujar perempuan itu di media sosialnya.
Dia dan keluarga mengaku bingung. Sudah dua tahun ayahnya yang pensiunan PNS itu cuci darah di sana, setiap minggu dua kali.
"Kami memang punya rumah dan punya kendaraan. Tapi untuk biaya Rp 1 juta setiap kali cuci darah, berarti Rp 8 juta setiap bulan. uang dari mana," keluhnya.
Dia berharap pemerintah merespon aduan ini. karena bukan hanya ayahnya saja, di rumah sakit itu ada sekira 180 pasien cuci darah.
Dikonfirmasi terkait hal ini, BPJS Kesehatan Sidarjo mengakui bahwa terhitung 1 Januari 2024 memang pihaknya sudah tidak bekerjasama lagi dengan RS Anwar Medika.
"Kita terus berusaha memastikan pelayanan peserta mendapat layanan mudah, cepat dan setara. Untuk upaya itu, BPJS Kesehatan ada tahapan seleksi ke seluruh faskes yang hendak bekerjasama kembali," ungkap Kepala Bagian SDM, Umum dan Komunikasi BPJS Kesehatan Sidoarjo Dody Widodo, Selasa (26/12/2023).
Apabila satu pihak tidak memenuhi klausul dalam kesepakatan, konsekwensinya memang putus kontrak.
Sayangnya, dia tidak bersedia menyebutkan klausul apa yang tidak bisa dipenuhi oleh Anwar Media.
"Keputusan itu memang cukup berat. Tapi mohon maaf, kami tidak bisa menyampaikan klausul yang tidak terpenuhi itu," jawab Dody.
Terkait dengan pasien cuci darah di RS Anwar Medika, disebutnya terdata ada 175 orang.
Semua sudah dihubungi oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk pemindahan ke rumah sakit lain. Bisa ke RSUD Sidoarjo, Siti Hajar, Delta Surya, dan sebagainya.
"Mereka bisa tetap berobat di sana sampai akhir Desember. Baru mulai Januari, harus pindah ke rumah sakit lain. Dan kami sudah komunikasikan ini ke para pasien itu," lanjutnya.
