Dilansir dari laman Serambinews.com, menjawab hal ini, dr. Boyke menuturkan jika sekitar 60% pria mengalami penurunan gairah pada usia 60 tahun. Sementara usia di atas 50 tahun, banyak pria mengalami penurunan sekitar 40 persen.
"Di atas 60 tahun, itu saya mendapatkan kasus sekitar 60 persen juga yang sudah mengalami penurunan. Di atas 50 tahun sekitar 40 persen," kata dr. Boyke. Mendapati penurunan kesehatan yang tajam pada pria, artinya sangat penting menjaga kesehatan dan pola makan bagi pria.
"Artinya apa? Usia 50, 60 itu justru kesehatan itu harus dijaga banget," kata dr. Boyke. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan bagi pria adalah rutin olahraga dan menjaga pola makan.
Apalagi ketika memasuki usia 50 sampai 60 tahun, seorang pria membutuhkan olahraga khusus.
