3 PREGNANCY BACK PAIN TIPS
Check out my favourite 3 tools to relieve back pain during pregnancy!
1. HEAT PACK
Warm it up to a comfortable temperature then apply to your back for 10-15 minutes, as often as need throughout the day to help relieve muscle tension and tightness.
2. SPIKEY BALL MASSAGE
Often your gluteal muscles will get tight during pregnancy.
Stand up against the wall and massage those sore spots for 2-5 minutes, as many times throughout the day as needed.
3. CAT STRETCH
This stretch is great at stretching the upper and lower back.
If done in standing it will also stretch into the hamstrings. This can also be done sitting down with hands placed on a bench/table for a more supported stretch. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3-4 times, 3 times per day.
