- Nia Ramadhani kerap dikagumi karena tubuhnya yang ramping. Meski sudah memiliki tiga anak bersama Ardi Bakrie, penampilan Nia masih tak kalah dengan anak ABG. Hal itu membuat tak sedikit orang penasaran dengan cara dia untuk bisa kembali kurus setelah hamil dan melahirkan.

Dalam video yang viral di media sosial, Nia akhirnya mengungkapkan rahasia tubuh langsingnya. Video tersebut diunggah oleh akun tiktok penggemarnya, @niaramadhani.fansupdate.
Di video tersebut terlihat Nia yang wajahnya tengah dirias sedang berbincang dengan asistennya, Theresa Wienathan, yang kala itu tengah hamil. Ikut penasaran, Tere menanyakan langsung kepada Nia rahasia bisa cepat kembali langsing setelah melahirkan.

"Gue sebenarnya mau nanya, lo kan dulu 28 kg (naiknya), semua orang nanya tau kenapa lo bisa sekurus ini sekarang?" tanya Tere.

"Ya kan lo sendiri yang lihat pengorbanan gue. Gue makan pagi cuma telor 2, jam 12 gue makan ayam pakai nasi tapi. Jam 6 gue makan alpukat, udah gitu aja selama 6 bulan," jawab Nia.
Menurut Nia tantangan tersulit saat dirinya menjalani diet adalah ketika pukul 3 atau 4 sore, saat dirinya mulai merasa ingin ngemil. Tere kemudian kembali bertanya, bagaimana jika masih memberikan ASI dan tak bisa untuk mengikuti diet ala Nia tersebut.
"Ya udah ntar aja dulu, ASI aja dulu, ngapain mikirin badan," ucap Nia.
Nia kembali menjelaskan ketika menjalani dietnya itu, dia makan 3 kali sehari. Namun di sela-sela waktunya itu tak boleh ngemil.

"Dalam sehari itu 3 kali. Tapi di sela-sela ini nggak boleh makan sama sekali. Abis itu 28 kg gue ilang dalam 6 bulan," jelas wanita 33 tahun ini.
Tips diet Nia Ramadhani itu langsung banjir beragam komentar dari netizen. Hingga saat ini videonya telah dilihat lebih dari 772.000 kali.

 - Nia Ramadhani is often admired for her slim body. Even though she already has three children with Ardi Bakrie, Nia's appearance is still no less than that of ABG children. This makes quite a few people curious about how she can get thin again after pregnancy and giving birth.

"I actually wanted to ask, you used to be 28 kg (gain), everyone asks why you are this skinny now?" Tere asked. 

"Yes, you're the one who saw my sacrifice. I only eat 2 eggs for breakfast, at 12 o'clock I eat chicken with rice, but at 6 o'clock I eat avocado, it's been like that for 6 months," answered Nia. 
According to Nia, the most difficult challenge when she was on a diet was at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, when she started to feel like snacking. Tere then asked again, what if you were still breastfeeding and couldn't follow Nia's diet. 
"Okay, just for a moment, just breastfeed first, why are you thinking about your body," said Nia. 
Nia explained again that when she was on her diet, she ate 3 times a day. However, during this time you are not allowed to snack. 

"That's 3 times a day. But in between, I can't eat at all. After that, I lost 28 kg in 6 months," explained this 33 year old woman.
